"We met Ed when he sold property next to ours, just outside Platteville. Even though we were not involved in that sale, Ed went out of his way to treat all neighboring landowners with the utmost respect and integrity. When we decided to sell our property, we immediately decided to hire Ed. Ed worked hard and helped us sell the property very quickly, while always communicating with us in clear and understandable terms. When there was information that needed to be obtained or issues to be resolved, Ed always took the lead and did the leg work (note: that is far different than realtors we used in the past who didnt seem to want a lift a finger to do anything, other than pick up their commission check!). We had an acreage ( 300+ Acres and Home) owned in a trust with some interesting features. Definitely not a quick sale. Ed was diligent patient and understanding, especially dealing with the dynamics of the family and neighboring parties.
